Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executives to drive sales of our premium listing packages, advertising solutions, and other value-added services to businesses and individuals. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on a commission-based structure, where your earning potential is directly tied to your performance. You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients (businesses and individuals) who can benefit from our organic food products by selling & achieving sales targets.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and in-person meetings (when appropriate and safe) to pitch our services.
- Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our premium listings & organic products.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of sales leads.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of the online marketplace and e-commerce landscape in Bangladesh.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Bangla and English.
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently to achieve targets.
- Highly persuasive and resilient, with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable with a commission-based compensation structure.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience will be highly valued.
- Ability to travel within Dhaka and the surrounding areas for client meetings if required.
